A classic ballet class which has been created for adults of any age with or without previous experience of ballet. Most injuries/physical limitations can also be taken into consideration during the class which can often be a barrier to people exercising.

The Group for unattached men and women, aged 55+ @ The Dorset
On the fourth Thursday evening of every month, there's an opportunity too meet new people. The Group has 250 members and there are loads of events all over Sussex. Also meets in Worthing, Brighton, Burgess Hill and Horsham.
