Salary £35000-£40000 per year plus very good company benefits. All work related expenses, including accommodation will be refunded. The role - Field Service Engineer
To ensure that customers remain satisfied with their equipment by providing first line technical support to customers and colleagues, repairing equipment in a timely fashion and promoting the service business.
Duties will include:
Providing technical support and advice to customers, distributors and colleagues via telephone, email and site visits.
Liaising with customers on logistics, including shipment from factory of new supplies and return of any faulty supplies to the factory.

You will be an integral part of the team working across design led projects. The company pride themselves on high quality design with all projects being partner led with directors involved across all RIBA stages. There is ample scope for growth in this large sized local firm where you will join a project team and can play a heavily involved role across projects from concept to completion.
To be considered for this role you must hold a comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations. Experience in any of the following software would be of interest for this particular role, so please do apply whether you have Revit, AutoCAD,Vectorworks or ArchiCAD.

What you’ll be doing:
Southdown is one of the leading providers of mental health services in Sussex. Thinking Well is a specialist service in East Sussex which works with people with complex emotional needs/Personality Disorder. People with these difficulties can struggle with regulating emotions, managing relationships, impulsivity, and self-harm.
As a Recovery Specialist, you’ll provide mental health support and hope to clients in a social setting through psychoeducational and community groups. You will be expected to co-facilitate Structural Clinical Management-informed psychoeducational groups and activities as well as client forums. While most groups will be in-person at the Wellbeing Centres on a rotational basis, you may be required to run groups online. You will also use the co-production model to create safety management plans and explore mental health services or resources with clients.
This role would suit candidates who want to expand on a career in mental health or develop skills working within a community group setting to support people experiencing mental health challenges.

Skills, knowledge and experience
What you’ll need for the role:
Experience of mental health challenges
You’ll need a good understanding of working in partnership to support people in a community setting
You have knowledge of mental health services and a desire to support people in their mental health recovery work
An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which will be paid for by Southdown
A driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable although not essential
Training:
