19:00 - 20:00 Simply meeting and drawing a still life object of interest (first up is a stunning old African Dung Beetle in a case).
NO CRITICISM, NO TEACHING, NO PRESSURE, NO CONCEPTUAL MODERN ART NOBBYNESS - JUST FREELY DRAWING BECAUSE IT IS SO THERAPEUTIC - Venue is open to suggestions, must be free of charge, my flat is too small and nowhere near enough furniture.

Kids Mini fence

09:00 - 10:00 A fun and safe way for kids age 6-10 to have a go at fencing. Brand new plastic kit is light and easy to use enabling young kids to learn the basics while playing.
Progress when ready to older age groups and full kit and metal swords.

10:00 - 11:00 Drop-in Vajrasati Yoga with Anita Hall is suitable for all ages and levels of experience, from beginners to the more advanced. Using props to make poses more accessible, the classes promote greater flexibility, strength, stamina and wellbeing. Students are asked to please bring their own mats, while other equipment is provided.

Introduction to Digital Photography

19:00 - 20:30 Whether you are a beginner or want to improve your skills, this 4 week course will leave you confident taking images you are proud to share. Led by Kate Swanson, a qualified teacher and working photographer, who will fully guide you through operating your digital camera as well as understanding the fundamentals of photography; using films for creative inspiration along the way.
There will be opportunities to ask questions, as well as lots of practical exercises to take home.
YOU WILL NEED YOUR OWN DSLR CAMERA. Please email with the make and model number if you are unsure if your camera is suitable.


Songwriting Workshops

19:00 - 21:00 Learn how to develop and craft your songs with MA Songwriting graduate and performer Sennen Timcke.

Focus on lyric writing • melody • harmony • arrangement
