Hello there,
During bonfire night we had a little feline visitor pawing at the door. It was lost, scared and hungry but also very friendly... clearly someone's pet. It's a little boy, about half grown, maybe 4/5 months old. It has a velvet collar with a tiny bell on it but no nametag or microchip. It likes adult women best- perhaps a single lady's cat or an older lady's cat? It was found in the Wallands area, and we have gone door to door and put a flyer up in this area. We have also wandered around looking for the owner in Landport without any success (as the roads were closed on the 5th it may have wandered across). It is a tabby, with unusual colouration. It's feet are brown, and it doesn't have the white blazes you see on most tabbies. It has yellow/green eyes.
The cat is currently ill, and is at the vet's over the weekend. We are concerned as to what will happen to it tomorrow, when it is released from the vet. We cannot look after it ourselves as we already have a very territorial cat who was aggressive towards this kitten.
Thanks!
Rachel

We met a family today looking for their young cat who got out on Bonfire night and has been missing since - they said he was grey and black with a blue collar, name of Ludwig. They live at 36 Abergavenny Rd in the estate near the Leicester Rd stores.

Yes, thanks guys! If Anne hadn't written in, we would never have reunited Ludwig with his family.
Just thought I'd also say we heard about another missing cat in our travels. It's black with green eyes and a girl, called Milly-Melissa from 53 Stansfield Road. If you see her, you could ask there. Wouldn't it be nice if she could also find her Mummy and Daddy?
Best wishes,
Rachel
