Bin collection on the Queens funeral day.

On the LDC website it states that the bin collection for Ringmer/Lewes area on Monday 19th September will be suspended and collections will be made on Saturday 24th September.
Does this mean that the normal, probably not needed, collection will be on the 26th September or should it read that Friday the 23rds collection will be on the Saturday? This would make more sense as each collection that week would be one day later
It’ll be interesting to see how it works out!!
