ARTISAN new restaurant Menu - Boring????

Perhaps the Beefeater/Littlechief chain has rebranded to take a slice of the action in Lewes?

Its ok if you like pasta/pizza/traditional like arrtisan etc, but what about having a Greek Resaurant or Spanish/tapas bar, I believe something like this would go down a treat.
Many of my friends also agree and if I had the money I try and get one set up myself.
