Does anybody know who has put poppies on lamp posts - so far I've spotted them in Malling St and near the prison ?

Yes of course I know its Rememberence Sunday coming up - I don't remember seeing large paper poppies on lamp posts before and thought I would ask - isn't that what this forum is for ? It is not a silly post - I hoped someone on here might know who had done it ?

It's rememberance day coming up that's why it's been done, there was mention that Andy Bennett was out and about early in the morning and he was seen with poppies in his hands.

Taxpayer. The British Legion supply the poppies. Local volunteers do the graft, including street selling. You don't have to contribute, wanchor!
Fifi, as above, there was always one on the roads into town. This year there are more and clearly more visible by your comment. Thank you.
