i read in the argus today about a traffic warden who was awarded for helping the police catch and jail a man whom had just done a burglary armed with guns. The traffic warden in question was sacked by nsl (ncp whichever they call them selfs nowadays to get out of legal action) after he went to court for this case so thankyou nsl for helping keep our streets safe and doing what you think is best by sacking this man whom has been awarded by the police for his actions

This is all a bit confusing. What was he sacked for? The way you write it it looks as if he was sacked for going to court. Surely that can't be true.

yeah he got sacked because he went to court

Well it's going to be a case of unfair dismissal to take to the employment tribunal then, isn't it? Provided he's been working there long enough.

So he was called as a witness to a case. I think he a has a good chance at an employment tribunal for unfair dismissal. Unless of course he neglected to inform his employer where he was required to be and they just presumed he was bunking off ?

This has been posted before a few months ago. 1) don't believe everything you read, especially the Argus. 2) Try to find out the facts of the case before posting stuff on the internet. The employee was sacked for fiddling the wages paid to him by NSL, he put down more hours then he was entitled to.

this is the way nsl work its a company that trains bullies the contract manager left because he diddnt agree with what was going on with the company and last year another manager left because nsl management was forcing them outthis is a nasty company who will do anything to make money out of the public including changing there hours of enforcment without notice just to try to get more tickets

nslhater you're full of crap and you know it, none of what you said is true, get a life and stop posting lies. And what someone else said above is true, the employee was sacked because he LIED to get more money which is gross misconduct, so get your facts straight and grow up.

I wouldn't be surprised if both nslhater and In the KNOW were right.

Trust me, nslhater is lying. I know the former manager of NSL and I know their reasons for leaving.

if he did lie to get more money then surely the police were involved and he wouldnt have got an award from the police, sounds like some ones lying hey IN THE KNOW typical lies from nsl as usual didnt really expect any thing else from them

Wow you really have a chip on your shoulder about this and seem a very bitter individual, wonder why?
Let me explain it to you as you obviously don't get it. Its veru simple. You don't have to get the police involved to sack someone for gross misconduct, dummy but they could have done. This guy and I know who he is (initials DC) was lucky that NSL didn't take action against him, so get your facts straight, loser.

In the know is right I'm afraid, this guy was dismissed for trying to claim money he didn't earn, nothing to do with the court case. Not that i'm ncp (or nsl?) biggest fan but the facts are as above.

he claimed money from the court / cps (which he paid back)and not from ncp, he was also set up by RE, AH, MM, GW.
a case of " if your face doesn't fit ".ncp didn't take action against him as THEY COUNLDNT, BUT THEY DID STITCH HIM UP, DIDNT THEY RE & AH .....

LIES all of it he never paid anything back and they had nothing to gain by "stitching him up" and MM wasn't even there at that time so get your facts right or shut it.
