It was Martins brother Crispin that rented out the land to the Ousefest and Lost Vagueness festivals. You could try ringing him at Isfield's Boathouse Farm. Martin does own some of the Boathouse land now so it might be worth popping in to the Riverside and asking him (he's the butcher).
