Thousands of the elderly, many already infected, were evacuated from hospitals to make way for hordes of covid patients expected by the venial Ferguson's dodgy computer projections. Nursing homes were supplied with double the usual amount of morphine and midazolam to ease their passage out of this world due to the lack of hospital facilities and staff. It's a miracle that the death toll was not higher. Pathology rules were changed to be less stringent and a curtain drawn around a very murky situation. Details are fitfully emerging but hard to find, about this very unpleasant situation.

Ferguson could only provide this advice to our government, not every single other country who saw similar waves of covid19 deaths (to varying degrees). Most healthcare systems were overwhelmed by covid, not because of lockdowns, or wearing masks, social distancing or being on furlough, but due to a highly contagious virus that many peoples immune systems were ill-equipped to deal with, myself included. Measures will always help suppress a virus, which is absolutely better than doing nothing - the miracle of the death toll not being even higher was down to many people complying with the rules.

Deaths are lower now because most people have a combination of vaccine and natural infection immunity, and new variants may well be more contagious, but seem to be less likely to harm/kill its host. Although with infections as high as they are now in the UK, we could see reasonably high death rates in the coming weeks. Think i'll go amend my DNA with a booster, just in case.....

I shouldn't bother, this is the usual course of things- viruses always act this way - they become more infectious and less harmful. By your continued presence I infer that your immune system coped with the infection and is obviously as robust as your opinion of yourself.

Except not all viruses act this way, and some mutate into worse strains. You seem to suggest they ALWAYS act this way, when clearly they don't, at least not "always". 500 people have died of covid in the UK since yesterday, its nothing to be so dismissive of.

Yes, i got covid a while back (pre-vaccine), and it was deeply unpleasant. I hope I've fully recovered, but i do find myself more fatigued than before, but perhaps its from hearing you trot out the same old BS for months on end rather than long covid.

I wish i had access to the vaccine back then, the symptoms would have likely been milder and I would have preferred that, rather than thinking my immune system without any help will save me. You seem to think that immune systems are reliable and always do whats best! I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but....

Immune systems, as the name suggests do what's best..... except when interfered with and the bad news on that you'll have to find for yourself.

Except they often don't know whats best, especially when it comes to very infectious new viruses. Hence why so many millions have died already. Some of those deaths were caused by a powerful anti-inflammatory response from a clueless immune system on the respiratory system, which leads to extreme damage caused to the lungs and respiratory failure.

So yea, thats why vaccines were invented in the first place, to support the immune system and provide it with a heads-up. You don't have to nearly die to let the immune system know what to do next time it needs to tackle the virus. But you know best, and 99% of doctors around the world are just government, or corporate shills.

Yes I know, trust Pfeiser not yourself. Buy a booster every six or is it three months. You know Pfeiser, how many billions have they been fined for falsifying test results, mis-selling andgeneral corruption?
BUT.....What do you think about the Midazolan euthenasia ?

One conspiracy at a time, TP, and I'm pretty sure Pfizer haven't conspired with all their competitors to pretend vaccines are effective. Nor do I believe the government had a euthanasia policy using midazolan! I take your conspiracy theories seriously enough to google them, and it made me chuckle that David Icke came up first in the search, as he has peddled this conspiracy theory about euthanasia in care homes and midazolan before, and yes, long since debunked.....oops.

Your full fact report refers to an Icke video I haven't seen and bears no relation to my post. It refutes Icke's claims but nothing I stated. You really scrape the barrel with your misleading trash, trolling is far too mild a description of your despicable mendacity.

You really can't shake the "David Icke" tag off can you? Almost every path leads to him, a bloke who used to be a goalkeeper that claimed once to be the son of god.

As you keep religiously linking me with Icke it comes as no surprise. that he thinks that. How come you're so familiar with his work and I'm not? A secret fan maybe? No, I think you're a cupboard tory, your bigotry and extreme conformity really suggest it and give the lie to your progressive pose. Oh and I think 99% of doctors would agree with you that a vax may stimulate the immune system but as to supporting it I fear they they'd be summoning the fact checkers you rely on for your opinions.

I don't make any attempt to link you to David Icke. You say some stuff, I fact check it, and it frequently comes up with David Icke spouting similar theories. Its not me who has the Icke problem! I know it must be rather embarrassing sharing so many wacky views with the former son of god, but they are your views, not mine.

Well goodness gracious youve mentioned him twice in one post! And ive never brought him up at all unbidden. Having trouble with those reptiles under your bed again? - they're nothing to do with me, but then you always have to find someone to blame for everything.
