I'm not sure why people have to do Tax self assessments. Isn't this the purpose of the tax office? They have made so many mistakes in my case with miscalculations in the past that I find it ironic that we have to mlbe understanding when they make mistakes (yet again) but on the flip side there is no understanding on their part when we make any errors.
