When Brexit goes tits up as it will ,dont assume that Leave voters will understand the cause of their woes. Sadly in "common sense" UK, the NHS is knackered because of health tourists, the housing crisis is because of refugees, stagnant wages are because of the Polish, and austerity is because of benefit scroungers and the previous Labour government. These convenient "truths" will remain firm for a decade or more. Ever known a Brexiter admit that they were wrong, even in the face of overwhelming evidence? Especially if it means admitting their country is too weak to thrive on its own? Me neither.

According to a recent report in The Telegraph, The Guardian and the Independant (so pretty much across the board) the split was quite revealing, the bright and you people voted to remain while the dim and old people voted leave.

@Gibraltar on the Naze - You're writing even more anti-Brexit posts than Paul Newman now. Do you think they make any difference, or you just want to get it off your chest?

Earl of Lewes. Gibraltar is concise and accurate and most importantly correct. All the droning on by you lot ( you know who you are) won't change that. You got what you wanted but you are clueless about what that really means. Again, two great posts.thanks

@wevehadourfun If what he said is accurate and correct why don't you prove it with facts and evidence? I know as a remainer so that will be tough for you but do try.

Brexit is a boil that now needs to be lanced so we can all smell the puss.
Either it will be hard Brexit, in which case we will learn the lesson quickly, or a soft Brexit, in which case we will all wonder what the point was.
Then, when the Brexit generation have died off, we can go back into Europe properly.
