I got told he was heading back from barcombe and lost control just after the fancy dress shop and came to a halt next to the pink house on the left not sure if they hit a tree or not though, I hear the passenger walked away from the incident.
Such sad news RIP. x

I think it happened at Deadmantree Hill which is on the Cooksbridge Rd. that road has a huge dip in it, and if travelling at speed you almost take off. Sad, sad news.

I am very saddened to hear of Glyn`s passing. I have known him for 22 years when his father had the butchers in Barcombe high street, we was building some flats opposite, Glyn was just 18 and a great young man who turned into a wonderful guy and dedicated father. I saw him at one of the bonfires a month or so ago and he was just as up- beat about life as ever RIP.

can't believe glyn is gone, he was my best friend at school for a number of years, regret so much that we drifted apart, we had so much fun taking his dog for walks across the fields and river, on the old railway line and all around barcombe, not forgetting bonfire night. also the camping trips on the downs, wonderful times. i wish i had a time machine, so i could change things.
