Especially when a group of young tykes (no older then about 14 I would say) are walking over the bridge along Phoenix Causeway at approx 4:40am last Sunday morning, when the majority of the good folk of Lewes are peacefully snoozing, take it upon themselves to start blowing those pesky vuvus and wake us all up!
Did anyone else have the misfortune to witness this incident?
