If any smelt like a bag of month old composted sprouts then I do apologise. I don't think I can take the credit for all of them though.

Who here is actually prepared to go vegan (or at least only eat meat just once a week) to save the planet? No one? 10%? a very optimistic 20%?
They say meat is responsible for a 5th of greenhouse gasses.
I know the answer already. It's the same as China carrying on with coal plants and the aussie minister saying "no one can tell oz what fuel we can use" just after the climate change report.
If you are not prepared to go vegan today then you can't expect anyone else to make an effort to avert climageddon. Am I a vegan? hell no! I had ribs today. Do I care about climate change? No! cos no one else is prepared to make an effort. I will be dead before the worst of it. It will be my childrens children who pay the price.

Exactly, Sue!
If we don't eat the meat all our veggies will be eaten by the wild cows and piggy wigs that we didn't slaughter.
We should just party like there is no tomorrow because no one is willing to make a sacrifice today to invest in tomorrow.

I’d deeply inhale a vegan fart any day over a dirty meat eaters fart. I present to you horse poo in my left hand and dog poo in my right. Now, choose which you’d like rubbed in your angry little gammon face. Thought so, I rest my case. Now get back to your bedsit, top gear and daily mail. Ta ta!

I went Vegan for a couple of months and managed to get cholesterol, blood pressure way down (under threat of statins from doc). Saved lots of £ and learned some lovely recipes. Didn’t stay vegan as couldn’t be arsed and found it hard work but stayed dairy free and still eat a lot of vegan stuff cos it’s yummy. Always been an inveterate farter - a few lentils didn’t make much difference. Give it a try before you mock - could do you and your pocket the world of good
