Spent some time there this weekend. Lots of dragonfies and damselflies. Whitethroats feeding young in heart of reeds. Saw a male kestrel take a dragonfly off the water in the Brooks. The highlights were a water vole swimming in the Brooks and a female weasel moving her kits to a new area. Saw her again today this time carrying a field mouse. Who needs Springwatch

Keeley, doesn't time fly as the years move on? Blink and it's winter again. I expect you are finding policemen are getting younger too.

I'd probably think policemen are getting younger too - if I ever saw one. The cars speed past too fast for me to be able to tell how old they are.
