out walking the dog along the river bank yesterday when I spotted a bearded collie on it's own, looked very thin and in poor condition. I think it's the same dog I saw a few weeks ago running around the pells area in torrential rain again with out any owner in sight. The dog was too nervous to catch and didn't have a clue which direction to go. I spoke to the dog warden that day who had know other reports on it so wasn't too bothered.I'm concerned this is the same dog and it could be a lost mutt and living rough or not well cared for. I will contact the warden again and it would help if any one has seen the dog does the same.
