Surely if they wanted to do any good. they should be doing speed checks between 8 and 9am and 3 and 4pm on SCHOOL DAYS.

Oh please, speeding does not kill. Inappropriate use of speed is the problem.

I'm not starting the age old arguement about speed and speeding, i just think these coffin dodgers should be using the speed cameras at more appropriate times.
