Speeding?

I was driving down Abergavenny Road and was doing under 20, but when I saw him waiting at the bottom I accelerated slightly so he wouldn't have to wait for too long. He told me I was driving too fast. I said I was doing 20, to which he replied "Yes, and that's too fast." I was about to point out that at 11.00 on a Wednesday morning, there shouldn't be any children playing there, but he drove off. Very odd. I do drive more slowly when children are going to and from school, but 20 isn't exactly reckless. Or Is it?

I was crawling down a lane the other day, and in front of me was a young lad, in the middle of the road, in his own world, I followed him down the hill a while and when it seemed he was oblivious, I peeped to let him know I was there. I was doing 5 miles an hour or less, I could not go any slower, the little boy moved to the side when he had jumped back into his skin, I raised my speed to the dizzy heights of 10 miles as there was nothing and no one in the road and a bloke with 2 more kids, at the bottom of the lane, also in the middle of the road told me to slow down. Seriously? I've got a good idea, teach your kids to walk beside you on the pavement and have some road sense.

He's toned down his revving around the Abergavenny/Leicester road area - I think he may have had a warning, or perhaps he heard that he was annoying people and didn't want to wait until something happened to his tyres. Someone said he works in Newhaven, but it must be part time, because he's always driving around Lewes. Why is he always driving around town? Is he 'buying and selling'? If he walked a bit more, he wouldn't be so weedy looking.
