You people are so slow. In the setup menu, change the outgoing phone number by putting a 9 in front so the modem cant contact sky. The box then thinks sky is busy and lets you connect to ppv for free. The box & battery thing puzzled goes on about is a scam ( Wish I'd thought of it) It does the same thing.Knew I would have my uses. None of us up the Bronx pays for it.

What you do is pre order the film, event, naughty channel then disconnect your line. Watch the "event", turm your box off at the mains for an hour, plug it back it ind voila, it forgets to tell sky that you watched it. Don't bother with the "9" option or the battery in a box. This one works better because t clears the memory. Now cough up your money for the info!!

What utter nonsense all these 'solutions' are!!!! The Sky box can be tricked into giving you PPV programs without it contacting Sky...BUT as mentioned above, there is a limit to how many films you can order... after £50 of stored up films the Digibox MUST contact Sky to tell them what you need to be billed for... unplugging your Sky box will not make it forget....Once your Skybox and card have reached the credit limit... the only way to get more PPV films is to let the box contact Sky (which then tells them what you've ordered) and then the send a signal to clear the card and allow further ordering. Despite all the so called experts out there... there is NO way to get free PPV movies... You CAN delay payment or of course you could order up to £50 worth of movies using the tricks and then when the card says your credit has expired, then you can never order any more. Selling the Digibox and card to some other poor sap will possibly get THEM in hot water when they try to order PPV movies!!! You have been warned. Sky are not idiots.... they have a very secure system and some nogging on Ebay who sells these 'Free PPV' scams is not going to out smart Sky.
I hope your parents aren't too mad when they get the bill for all that soft porn you ordered!

I've had the same thing come up on mine using the battery method. Is it possible to clear the memory on the card first, so that when I plug the phone in the socket to use the 9 prefix method, it wont send sky all the info of the films I've seen that are stored on the card. HELP someone please.
