And those appear to be actual beheadings rather than greenscreen fakery.

The Middle East is about 500 years behind us in terms of civilization. Mind you so is the US.

It's easier to believe the media/spin/politicians narrative than open our eyes and question that what we are being told is the truth.
A bit like organised religion in fact. Let someone else fill in all the blanks for us, for example: "God" created the universe and everything in it.
Once you've surrendered yourself to the belief system, anything is possible.
It becomes dangerous when you start to believe that "God" controls everything too.
Then you can convince yourself that its all out of your hands.
Then you might start to have conversations, praying to "God", he might start answering your questions.
Eventually your "God" could convince you to fly a hijacked aircraft into a building..........
No way, that could never happen.
George Bush & Tony Blair cited their "God" as reason enough to carry out the War on Terror.
I particularly cringe when I hear David Cameron talking about deadly, murdering, psychopaths as he orders drone strikes and Tornado bombers into the attack.
We have tried death on a mass scale, it does not work. Strangely enough it leads to more death. If we can work this out why cant our leaders?
Well that's because they have a completely different agenda to us.
Once you've understood that, the rest starts to fall into place.
Uncomfortable isnt it when you realise you've been lied to your whole life.
Politicians are trained to present information to us, like actors, it's a means to keeping the system in control and us subjugated by that system.
Dont ask, dont question, dont think, just trust us to make all the decisions for you, pat you on the head and trot along like good little subjects.
MP's are all looking forward to a 10% pay rise next year.
Shame the midwives wont have the same.

It's actually more like 63 years since "we" (the British) were beheading insurgents...

For the avoidance of doubt, I think it's all vile whoever's doing it. But please don't let us assume the position of the wise and innocent democratic West whose agenda isn't pretty murky.

Why don't you all go on a march.
That way sensible people would be able to chuck rotten fruit and stuff at you and your crackpot opinions.
If you dislike this country so much would it not be an idea to move somewhere that suits you better

It's so depressing, that we as a human race still do this to each other. I think perhaps the Neanderthals were more civilized.

Any adult that uses the expression LOL must be a tad strange.
Spotlight on Hypocrisy - a very grand choice of screen name complete with typical dismissive attitude of the opinions of others.
Are you suggesting all those who vote for UKIP are challenged in some way?
Mind how you go on your high horse as you ride it over your pretend and very arrogant supposed moral high ground
