My wife and I are finally making the move to Lewes after years of contemplating it! We are looking , with the intention of either renting long-term or purchasing a property. We are hoping to find a place to rent and call home, with the idea of eventually either renting long term or buying a property. If anyone has a rental, or even a house swap (we have a small apartment in London close to Hampstead Heath and the Royal Free Hospital), please do not hesitate to let us know. We are very flexible in terms of location, duration, and other aspects.
We are in our early 40s, non-smokers, and have no kids or pets. As buy-to-let landlords ourselves, we understand the difference between being a good tenant and a bad one. Additionally, we are financially stable with good references.
