Here here JBTYW and Record. It is the owners not the dogs. As a dog owner I know that the railway land is not awash with poo bins. However carrying a bag of poo for an an hour is not that bad. Sods law is that the dog does one miles from a bin - I am sure that they do this on purpose and have a great laugh at my expense as I carry unspeakables for a while.
