What I shame to read so many negative comments. We bought tickets on the day at £18 each. It was an excellent event well organised with some exceptional entertainment.we felt privilege to be part of an event where local people had used their contacts and given their time free for a fundraiser. Having the week before paid £60 to go to another concert by a well known band this was positively amazing value. The Strypes were fab, came home and ordered their c.d immediately.Love Arthur Browns' songs.

Did all involved give their time for free? This is the big question and could well be at the hub of the ticket hike.

Over 120 people, including musicians, technicians & stage crew all worked for free. Nobody was paid and there was no guest list. If they had been paid tickets would have had to be more than £150 each.
