Pop into Edward Reeve's photographers. Tom may not be able to do it there and then and he isn't the cheapest, but you'll get a photo that will be accepted.

£5 is VERY reasonable. I am a professional photographer and my fee would be £19.95 just for the sitting + prints.
But as I am fundamentally a commercial photographer who shoots dance, fashion, cars and product photography I would not normally take on such work because it is not cost effective for the client.
