New Yorkshire Building Society donates £1,000

The results of the charity event held at Yorkshire Building Society's new Lewes agency are now in. Over 150 people called in to vote for one of the three nominated local charities and the £1,000 is being split as follows:
- St Peter and St James Hospice will receive £500
- The Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare will receive £300
- The Sussex Snowdrop Trust will receive £200
A big thank you to everyone at lewes.co.uk who called in to vote!
(I tried to add this to the original thread about the agency opening but it's not a current posting. I thought forum members would be interested in the outcome!)
