I am using several methods to reduce this kind of annoyance but another way would be to require users to log in which is propbably how your other forums manage it.
I am of the opinion that making people log in will reduce the overall usefulness an usability so I would prefer not to.
I remove any that get through manually usually before they are responded to but if they have been responded to before i get there I leave them in.
It would be a good idea therefore to ignore this stuff
