Yes, and according to the new NSL services website, they do not simply enforce parking regulations by issuing parking tickets and taking in the cash, instead they provide "Intelligent Urban Management Solutions", which sounds all together more positive doesn't it? (Sarcasm again).

The owners of Lansdown Sweet Shop were giving one of the lovely attendants some stick today outside their shop. I think some delivery vehicle might have been getting a ticket.

I won... got a parking ticket a few weeks ago, at Phoenix Causeway - even though I'd bought a ticket from the machine (but of course, it had nothing to stick to the window with).
I sent the ticket with my appeal and I got a letter this morning to say it had been cancelled!! :-)
Now if everyone appeals their tickets from now on, it'll cost'em an arm and a leg.
I've put a Freedom of Information request in to see how much it costs for every appeal - once I get that back, I'll let everyone know how much taxpayers money is being wasted!
