I'm an average man with average looks, I have an average job and earn an average salary, I have an average sized family and live in an average house on an average Street in an average town.
I'm the epitome of average.
I feel like jumping off Firle beacon with a hanglider just to liven things up a bit.
Is it easy once you're up there?

Paragliding is easier to get into and you're more likely to progress quicker to being a club pilot. Hang gliders require a bit more transport and storage/ rigging and derigging but can fly in higher winds. You don't have to be superman or woman but you do need determination and dedication to progress. It's brilliant!

No Idea, but I have a friend that may know.
Call "Fly Sussex Paragliding".
I know Tim but has taught his son to para glide. Although I know nothing about paragliding, I know Tim would not allow his son to do anything where risk could not be managed.
Dinghy sailing or Yachting are options that don't require cliff jumping, so let me know if you want something equally risky but more traditional.
