The problem is that local newspapers do not have the money to spend on journalism. One reporter to cover a large area and little back-up. Shame.

The Sussex Express would have had to do almost nothing. The story was a ready written gift. And not one political type reading Donna's toxic statement commented on it publicly, or got it into the press, did they? Shame on them for letting her 'abhorrent ' beliefs go unchallenged.
