Has anyone noticed that Lewes has suddenly become like a scene from 'Quadrophenia' with mopeds charging around the town?
They're bloody annoying.

Its because the legal age to ride the bloosy things is lower than it is to ride a flippin car, so all these rich little b@stards terrorise us with the wasps instead.
Bloody rev up outside my house again at 2am and I'm gonna come out and spank the life outta you little gits

Ah the understanding voice of middle age!!!
I expect you were young once Brian and couldn't wait to be independant with your own horse and trap.
And i expect people moaned about all the sh*t on the roads. (The horses not yours).
Live and let live they will soon exchange their mopeds for chelsea tractors, will that make you happier?

The only time they bother me is when they ride like maniacs because they have no road sense. Mainly because i could do without killing/maiming one of them when i am going about my lawfull business in my car.

You should think yourselves lucky it's only mopeds. Here in NZ the kids are driving at 15. Scary stuff seeing them in their school uniforms behind the wheel. Mind you it would be scarier seeing them without.

It is a machine that simulates the noise made by a giant wasp, if such things existed.

Bejaysus expat... There bl**dy Seagulls, I dunno their names.
What I do know is that when you leave the conservatory doors open and pop out for a few mins one of the buggers lets themselves in... which makes for a bad day.

Believe me, Gulls are suprisingly big when they're orbiting yer family room.
Wouldn't ever happen in Lewes.

Bloody hell, they're bigger close up! They looked quite cute in the last two. No you'd never get that in Lewes, but I have to say I always give my pets names, seagulls or not.

Seriously, does anyone like the benefit scroungers or the rich "Daddies boys" driving up and down your street at 3am on the back of what sounds like a very large, very p*ssed off wasp?

Don't get rich daddies in Seaford.
Water rates + Council Tax drains them dry.
