One of my neighbours did make a successful complaint against LDC, so it is not completely hopeless. Corruption and Incompetence usually go hand in hand.
Bullying a resident in Lansdowne Place wasn't a very sensible decision. I wonder if Councillor Eiloart, who has contributed to this forum, supports LDC on this attack on one of his neighbours? If he doesn't reply, I think we can all pressume the answer is yes.

If I were to say it was one of the top officials rather than an actual councillor would you know who I meant? Having been threatened with various sanctions I am anxious not to go fully 'public' with the name of the person. I don't know what the complaints procedure is but I am sure that any complaint will be dealt with by the actual official I would be complaining about!
