I don’t think they are suffering.
That car park is always full. I never get a space and then you have to face THE TRAFFIC LIGHTS OF DOOM to even get back on the road.
So now I walk and pick up takeaways that way.
Council can’t magic up actual, physical space out of the blue. More people use cars, free spaces to park (that includes street you live in too)
50 years ago a street with 50 houses had less than one car each. Now that average is over a car each

Panda - I imagine it's cos they were serving 1970s style Hong Kong Chinese food when a lot of people are now aware of what good regional Chinese cooking is like. Mind you not sure the new one is any different?
