Anywhere in Brighton that has these huge bins just attracts litter and fly tipping. It also reduces recycling as people just can't be bothered or are not able to carry the waste to the bin. Luckily for us it saves the council a few quid and they can probably sack someone. If it's outside your house or near then look forward to early collection days......joy.
