How about a knitting group then, at St Marys every alternate Tuesday evening 7pm till 10pm. Arrive/leave when you feel like it. We could just knit, drink, and chat or follow a project for a few sessions, or do a charity knit (baby clothes for hospitals, for example). No structure, just a friendly environment.
