In answer to a question on another thread Ms Lloyd sent the Waterloo Bonfire Society packing, no more meetings or badge nights for them after 25 years at the Crown in 2006. Shortly after a device was planted at the back of the Crown, which she claimed damaged her property costing her Thousands?
Whether you consider the WBS a bonfire society or not depending on how far you take rivalry, to be so dismissed after 25 years by a new landlady must have caused some resentment. As anybody watching last nights programme will have noticed she has the finesse of a rhino, and blames everybody else except herself. Even we internet users were subject to one of her rants, yet it was clear to see that one of her bogs had more skid marks than Brands Hatch. And how she was upgraded to 3 stars when the inspector discovered pubes under the toilet seat is anybodies guess!

Planted a device? I think the more common term is "Threw a rookie". You make it sound like an IRA hit or something.

I can only ask myself why any decent business person would go on a TV programme called The hotel inspectors. Unless they were a professional hotel inspection/cleaning team looking for publicity.
The Crown would do better to read this forum, get an idea of the reputation it has (regardless of whether its true or not) and try and do something about it. The two key words to me seem that need to be addressed are 'unfriendly, and dirty' I am not aware of many hotels that fail to address these two basics, maybe I should be paid thousands to go on the show, with my hotel inspection genius?
The White Hart, was reputedly going to be taken off the Councils official list of places to stay, until someone at the Council (perhaps a Mr F. Reemason) blocked the move. Both hotels are an embarassment.

Mr F. Reemason seems to play an important part in Lewes District Council activities. I understand he has even found jobs for the little Reemasons.

Rozzer, you crack me up. I've now got a mental image of an old-fashioned, formal family photo, but they're all wearing pinnies and have one trouser leg rolled up.

You'd have been lucky to cross the threshold at all yesterday afternoon because the entrance was firmly occupied by chavs with fags. None of them looking likely to move along nicely. Not even for Mr F. Reemason.

Freemasons are a dance band from Brighton, East Sussex, England. The act consists of music producers Russell Small (who is also one half of the House production duo Phats & Small) and James Wiltshire (who also works with Phats & Small but under the alias Jimmy Gomez).
I also believe the small side of this outfit is related to the small family from Lewes. but no mention of working for the council or white hart on wickipedia.
