I can't seem to access the Forum. I keep getting directed to other websites.

Could be you've picked up some malware. Run your anti-virus prgram (make sure it's up to date) and, if you haven't got it, I suggest downloading Malwarebytes (it's free) and running that.

In answer to Wanderer I could look at existing messages and post new messages but not look at the message list containing the threads or use the link at the top of the site.
All now appears to be working again though.

Can I thank Johnnyboy for his advice. I downloaded and ran a Malware programme. The results were horrendous but as it turned out not causing the problem. Bod was right in that it was cache problem with my browser which is Firefox. That is now fixed and everything is now fine. As for 17Xs and Deelite . . . no I wasn't blocked and hadn't gone under another name. It was, as I've explained, the way that Firefox retains pages unlike IE.

I like the fact it's safe enough to leave windows open and shops don't need to put grills up at night.
