I`m just 18 and want to vote, I just missed the Brexit thing, so I know from looking at this website it seems rather tongue in cheek so I accept the answers. My question is do I have to vote tactically in Lewes or can I just vote for what I want?

It depends on whether it is more important to you to vote for one candidate or party, or more important for you to vote against one candidate or party. You decide.
If you think one party has all the right ideas and all the others are rubbish, then you should vote for that one.
However, history suggests only the Tory and Lib Dem candidates in Lewes actually have any chance of winning, so if you thought the most important thing was to stop one of those two, then you might decide to vote for the other, even though you disagree with lots of their policies. You then risk finding, as happened to me when I voted tactically here once, that the next day the party you reluctantly voted for uses their success as evidence that no one supports the party who were really your first choice and it is a waste of time voting for them. I learned my lesson, and haven't voted tactically since. But it is up to you to decide what matters most to you.

Newvoter, my advice is to vote Tory if you want a Tory government, or Lib Dem if you want a Tory government. It worked in 2010 and 2015 so there's no reason it shouldn't work in 2017.
