Well it looks like it's all going well. The plan to bring democracy to the Arab world has resulted in millions of displaced people who won't fight for their future and are happy to abandoned their ancestral lands for a new life in paradise ( as seen on Facebook.)
Chinese land clearances in sub Saharan Africa are also helping encourage thousands to leave villages every week in search of this land of plenty.
We in Lewes are well placed to help out. We have been studying the electoral rolls and it turns out there are at least 75 unoccupied bedrooms in the Wallands area of our lovely town. We are certain that the householders will be delighted to share their homes with some very deserving people. As has been reported many of those coming are highly trained professionals who will be an asset to the community. We look forward to your enthusiastic response.

Everyone knows diversity is our strength. I can't believe how little empathy people have.

I do wonder if the people who make disparaging remarks about those less fortunate than our ourselves who happen to have a different complexion will be celebrating bonfire under a banner of 'lest we forget'.
