Beautiful double attic room available in cosy period cottage in the centre of Lewes.
Creative, friendly household sharing with one female professional in her 30's
Great views of the South Downs as well as excellent storage as property has a cellar. Shared lounge / dining room, kitchen and small garden.
The cottage is just 8 minutes walk to Lewes station, with direct trains to London in just over an hour, and numerous trains per hour to Brighton taking just 12 minutes. Great local bus connections, as well as independent shops, supermarkets and excellent pubs all under 5 minutes away.
Sussex University just 10 minutes away by train.
Rent is 450 a month plus bills starting from February 16th 2015, although move-in date can be flexible.
Looking for mature, respectful and friendly sharers.
Short or longer term lets available
Please email for more info and viewings, thanks!

Yes I hope you're declaring that income
Under the governments 'rent a room ' scheme rents up to 80 per week are free of tax
Your p1ss taking 450 plus bills will be liable for entering on next years self assesment form
Nice spiel though, very estate agentish

"Period cottage" is such a nothingy phrase. Which period exactly? I'm struggling to think of anything one would describe as a cottage within 8 minutes iof the station, unless it's one of the smaller houses in the Barrat estate down Cockshut Lane in which case the period would be Early 90's, not one known for it's architechtural excellence.

Also it's generally accepted that if you want people to email you for details, you need to include an email address...
