Well as the planning department at LDC is so incompetent Frost is bound to get the chief exec's job to while away a couple of years before retirement. It bumps up the pension no end.

Frost on Rocket?
Perhaps he would like to explain
1. Why he (and his department) did not consult with East Sussex Fire & Rescue about fire access to St Nicholas Lane when they approved the Printworks?
2. We would also be interested to know why his department approved expensive planning works (at the tax payers expense) on a building that was thought to be owned by the council but turns out to be owned by someone else.
3. Have any of his department being accepted for jobs/roles on the new National Parks planning authority?
