Hi, anyone have any experience of dropping off/ picking up from busy bees nursery in a car around 8am / 4pm? I am thinking of sending my son there but drove past yesterday and parking looked non existent. Any other personal thoughts about the nursery welcome. Thanks

You'll be fine dropping off at 8 - there are visitor bays that should be free, and it's only nursery parents dropping off that early. I imagine that by half past it is rammed though. I can't speak for picking up at 4 though - we used to collect later than this.
As for the nursery, we found it very good indeed.

But I think you can park in western road school car park at those times , and use the rear passage to get to busy bees

Grandson goes there. Seems very good and kids all seem happy.

Good point Not a Parent - just to clarify I was talking about the Western Road / Southover School car park. There is no parking whatsoever on St James Street.

I like the fact it's safe enough to leave windows open and shops don't need to put grills up at night.
