Decided to get the Compass bus to Eastbourne last Saturday but it seems that this is now run by the Cuckmere bus. Not a problem and the driver was friendly and helpful. BUT they really need to clean the bus - that smell of 'old sick' was so unpleasant. A deep clean is needed Cuckmere buses! Couldn't face the return journey so got the 12X into Brighton and then the Lewes bus home (eventually).

Compass Bus are great. At least way better than Countryliner: grumpy and scruffy drivers, speeding, early running, broken down buses, buses as old as K-reg and buses I'm pretty sure were not fit for use on the road! No wonder they went bust. Compass Bus are a huge improvement.

The bus to Eastbourne is a very pleasant ride. I sometimes take it when I want to go to Poundland.

Didn't know there was a bus to Eastbourne. Could come in handy if ever there is a problem with the train service
