Message recived by neighbourhood watch.
Thought you would like to know that my staff have caught another 3 burglars. With the extra work we have been
putting into preventing burglaries and catching suspects my staff not only
caught them but also recovered all the property.
Clearly the victim is happy to get his property back and Samuel Bristow, Louise
Durell and Michael Harris, all from Newhaven have been charged and await court
appearances.

Well done our police. And as for Squidward - any decent copper would despise you. Your 'good old fashioned policing' sounds like something out of Nazi Germany.

You obviously don'y know any "decent" coppers then do you mr Rozzer.
Another do-gooder, see you in Bills later on ok yar

So what you're saying Squidward is that decent coppers are thugs who take the law into their own hands? How do you tell the difference between them and criminals, apart from the uniform? Do you think there's any point in having a system of laws at all?

because criminals like burglars and muggers are just not worth bothering about. Terminate them end of story.

Not very good at discussion are you Squidward? Perhaps even you have realised how stupid what you said was.

You have to laugh, i caught a scrote nicking from my car red-handed and effected a citizens arrest in hastings in January. Once searched he became a good nick as he was laden with drugs. He was sent to jail for 28 weeks. However, I am still waiting Sussex Police to give my phone back.

Archbishop - well done about getting the little sod and keeping him out of mischief for a few months. Of course, Squidward would have just broken his legs and the police would never had found out about the drugs.

If you can't do the time, don't do the crime. having never broken in to anyones house or mugged an old lady, my legs would be intact. However, if i ever participated in such abhorent crimes, i'd at least know i would be punished rather than just given an ASBO.
Im all for vigilanres and absolute zero tolerance. You'd be amaized at how quickly the crime rate drops and those who continue to flout the law will not be worth worrying about.
However, all the time tree hugging do-gooders (rozzer) are around, we'll never get this and people will continue to get away with serious crimes.

Squidward says 'Im all for vigilanres...'
Sorry Squiddy, but if you did this you'd be flouting the law. But just so we end up agreeing - I'm against ASBOs and think the punishment should fit the crime - after a fairtrial.
