I despair, a dog won Britains got talent. What is this nation coming too. No doubt all the dog lovers will be training their little darlings.

There actually seemed to be some talen on the programme this year. But the great British public would rather vote for a dog..... Still, it proves that we're a nation of dog lovers.

You can train any animal to do tricks if you are patient and have plenty of treats, but to vote it ahead of a young couple who sang opera so beautifully was just ridiculous. What next a whippet for prime minister. This country is certainly going to the dogs.

I didn't watch it but it does sound ridiculous. On the other hand it does make a change from singers and dancing groups winning. Personally I liked the magicians who didn't even make the final.

I prefer to believe the matter is rigged, if not I despair of the British race given the very clear talent that was in the contect. Ask the question, would you pay to go to a theatre to watch a dog following a well practiced routine? I doubt many of us would, (possibly if the dog was peforming solo) or in fact four ladies swimming round in a large tank but even they made the last three.

I bet Lord Landport you have a cute little moggy and you are just jealous because it cant do twicky wicks. Never mind as long as you can get out on a Saturday night it will take your mind of your loser dog.

Wow, what a bunch of snobby losers you lot are...
"Oh Tarquin, but they sang OPERA, so by default are more worthy than anyone else. How dare the British public vote for a dog act! It's simply unbelievable. The Queen should behead the pair in front of the crowd at the Royal Variety Performance."
I'd like to see any one of you train a dog to be as good at a routine as the one on BGT was. It must've taken hours to do it (and not just one routine either - three very different ones over the course of the competition).

Wasn't there a talent programme on TV years ago where the great cynical British public voted week after week for a man who made his muscles dance to music? I think people aren't as stupid as other people think.

Britains got talent, so many categories....
Best blow job, best cowgirl etc.
Maybe there could be a section for pets and owners.......
