Anti-social, dangerous driver

I've posted about this before, but have more information. There is a man in his mid to late 20s who is driving around Lewes - particularly the Wallands area - in a silver Mazda R8 (reg OU54 XHP) speeding, over-revving the engine and playing loud music. The over-revving is not just noisy, it also creates excessive air pollution and if we leave our window even slightly open, the front room smells of exhaust and an asthmatic member of the family needs to take their puffer. Surely nobody should have to put up with this.
As tempting as it is to place a carefully-positioned nail under his tyre, or a potato up the exhaust, I want to see this dealt with by the authorities. He's been reported for having no tax, but it's important that people contact Operation Crackdown if his driving is bothering them. Apart from the irritation factor, he is driving dangerously and it's in everyone's interest to stop him behaving so selfishly.
I'd love to know what he does all day, driving around Lewes. Is he selling drugs? Perhaps if he tried walking a bit more, he wouldn't look so pasty-faced.
If you witness him driving in a reckless or antisocial manner and are bothered by it, please take a note of the time and place and report it (Google operation crackdown sussex police). If enough people complain, something should be done.

How come I've never seen or heard him? Give us a clue - name of road/s? Time of day?

Operation crackdown, I believe it's a waste of time reporting to them, where is the public evidence of anyone being fined or convicted because of someone posting onto their site. Once again I ask how much does it cost to run this process against actions taken.

We got the sheet through the door about it. Pretty sure he lives in Ousedale somewhere. Someone on here must know who he is!

There is another odious little tw@ who i believe lives in Blois Road, Landport who also drives a silver hatchback and tears all over the estate. He overtook me so fast the other day that i only managed to get the first letter of his reg....L (possibly LAN...). The car is possibly a Nissan Micra.

He is driving me bonkers. His ridiculous car shakes my house each time he goes by which is a lot - surely he can find better things to do that driving around the block like an idiot again and again.
And so very this "Perhaps if he tried walking a bit more, he wouldn't look so pasty-faced."

The number plate you gave shows the car doesn't appear to be taxed. Might be worth chasing the driver via the DVLA rather than wasting your time with the completely useless, Operation Crackdown.

He has been reported to the DVLA, but I don't think he'll be losing much sleep over that.
