Does this mean that it's got a water bed or is it code for a type of streaming?

Good idea ! I'm sure more people will try it and good on them.
If it accommodates 10 people in 5 double bedrooms, it works out at £200 per person. Not quite as cheap as camping but comparable to some b&bs and well within some people's pockets. I'd suggest a waitrose food hamper for breakfast goods as well.

Please remember to declare this income for tax purposes. Please also obtain the necessary permissions from health and safety, your council, you home insurance provider (your policy may not cover this) and do remember to consult your neighbours.

dear forum police, can you please make sure that all businesses do that to, like Santon, who don't pay tax in the UK even though they charge rent on leaky warehouses. Or do you only chase the little man cos it's easier?

So ironically if you put it all together it sums you up beautifully, a blood sucking, untouchable, volatile enemy of the thinking person.
