Hi Lewesians, I am wondering if any of you have, or know of any 2 or 3 bed properties for rent in Lewes (not ringmer, glynde and surrounds as we are moving from there) I am doing the usual searches on rightmove, zoopla and gumtree but was looking for that rarity these days, some local knowledge, perhaps a property that has not made it on to the web. We are a working family with a 6 year old layabout boy with good credit and references (us, not the boy, he has terrible credit) and a love of Lewes. We are looking for a long term let of at least a year!

Honest landlord, there's plenty around already and we're considering a few, but I was trying to get ahead of the game using local forums instead of gutter and estate agents etc

Look out for the 2 beds in Court Road - they usually rent for under �1k a month - they are teeny tiny but are right in the middle of Lewes if that floats your boat and also have a car parking space. Good luck with your search...
