Adult Ballet

A classic ballet class which has been created for adults of any age with or without previous experience of ballet. Most injuries/physical limitations can also be taken into consideration during the class which can often be a barrier to people exercising.

Specialised Tours - Collection Highlights
@ Glynde Place
Following the success of the specialised tours last year, we are pleased to continue the series this year where visitors are invited to take a closer look at some of the key artworks in the house, ranging from 17th Century paintings to the current day, 18th Century Italian bronze reliefs and specially commissioned woodblock wallpaper. There will also be an opportunity to view related items held in the Glynde archives, including family photograph albums, an 18th Century Inventory of Art and documentation relating to Grand Tours.
Led by knowledgeable and enthusiastic guides, this specialised tour enables us to explore at a leisurely pace the provenance, attributions and family stories connected with some of the key items held in the Glynde collection.

Lewes and Brighton Rogues hockey clubs are running back to hockey sessions this summer for anyone looking to get into playing a new sport, returning to hockey after sometime away or wanting to work on their core skills.
The sessions are at the Southdown sports club every Tuesday 7.15-8.30pm from May 6th till end of July.
