Mindfulness & Well-being for people with disabilities & friends @ Westgate Chapel
A small friendly group where people with disabilities can learn and experience mindfulness, guided meditations, de-stressing and relaxation techniques, self esteem building, healthy eating guide and more.
Run by qualified mindfulness/ wellbeing instructor experienced in working with people with disabilities.

Adult Ballet @ All Saints Centre
A classic class adapted to allow almost anyone, whatever their age, fitness or previous injury history a chance to enjoy the benefits of ballet.
You don't need any previous experience at all and you don't need ballet shoes, just a pair of thick socks and lots of enthusiasm!
Recent research is showing that dancing improves memory, well being, posture and balance. The classes are all weight bearing which is a recommended way of exercising to reduce your chances of osteoporosis and they are all generally low impact which reduces the impact on joints.

Quiet Mind - drop in / Zen Mindfulness & Everyday Meditation @ Friends Meeting House
We are a relaxed, informal, friendly and inclusive group of all ages and experience. Our approach to inner peace and wellbeing is practical, easy to follow, and enjoyable. Through gently guided, simple and mindful meditations, we can experience the natural state of calm awareness and contentment in the present moment.  All welcome. Drop in £5.
(With a background as an Osteopath, Naturopath and Clinical Psychologist, Colin has over 30 years experience of Meditation and Mindfulness).
